Shipping FAQ's

We are honored that you would like us to ship our desserts to your door. Every order we receive is shipped to the particular specifications of the order.

Perishable products are shipped and should arrive at your door cold, not necessarily frozen. All cheesecakes should be stored in the refrigerator upon arrival. Cookies, Brownies, Blondies, and Breads are best stored at room temperature.

Every order is shipped using reusable frozen gel ice packs. Before shipping, we take note of the temperatures of the final destination. Each order is then packed with enough ice packs to last the shipping duration. We are confident your desserts will arrive cold and in great shape.  

However, please note that shipping perishable and fragile items is not easy. Sometimes your food may arrive cracked. Food never leaves our facility in that shape, but shipping can be tough on desserts; we apologize and stand by our Sweetz Guarantee.

We ship with USPS, USP, DHL, and FedEx. Shipping rates are directly connected to each shipper's rates. 

Take note of your estimated delivery date at checkout, please. We work diligently to ensure every estimated delivery date is met either on or before the estimate. If your order is held past the estimated delivery date, we will contact you with the reason.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. 

We cannot offer refunds or reships on orders where the customer incorrectly types the shipping address. We will gladly provide a reship or refund if we incorrectly type an address. Please be extra careful when typing an address.

If we are shipping to a business, shipments cannot be delivered on weekends, including personal mailboxes at Pak Mail or the post office.

If you need your dessert gifts by a particular date or if you have any special requests, please let us know in the order comments section at checkout.

Are you sending a perishable gift? Please notify the person receiving the gift that a package will be arriving at or around the estimated delivery date. We CAN NOT provide refunds on purchases due to packages sitting outside for long periods.

Would you like to send a note with your order? Please let us know in the order comments. 

We will do the best we can to ship orders quickly. 3-day orders are typically shipped on Monday or Tuesday. One and 2-day orders are shipped at our discretion with the customers' requests in mind.

Our goal is to create and ship your desserts to you as soon as possible. 

During the holiday season, particularly between November and December, we ask for some grace and understanding regarding estimated shipping/delivery dates. You will notice that orders placed by our holiday deadline will arrive before Christmas - that's the only promise we can make. If you would like to purchase expedited shipping, we ship your order at the earliest possible time, keeping the perishable nature of the items in mind.

We also offer FREE delivery to the East Texas area within a 50-mile radius of Mount Pleasant, TX.




Shipping is not available online at this time for international orders.

Printable Recipes, Files, and any other form of Instant Download on - is a Digital Instant Download that allows you to immediately download the order/file/recipe after the purchase has been completed and confirmed.

The download will instantly appear on the checkout screen - Click Download

You will also receive an email with the subject line "link to download." Your digital file will be located in the email for your ease of convenience.

If for any reason, you are still not satisfied, you may cancel your club, boxes, and or subscriptions at any time. You will receive full credit for any unshipped merchandise. It's that simple no fine print and no hassles.
